A floating ocean habitat for 10000 people in the NYC harbor. The project explores the use of AI for research, sustainable energy system and smart city system developments, and for design research and development of urban, architectural, interoir and communal spatial structures. The project was presented to Microsoft, Gensler and Arup in Microsoft's office in lower Manhattan, NYC in August 2025.

A proposal for a food truck recreational park in the Midwest. The park consists of parking lanes, pedestrian walking pathways, a scenic pool wand fountain, a firepit, a music stage with pagodas, and shaded by fabric canopies and abundant vegetation.

A proposal for a residential village in Simeonovo quarter in the scenic Vitosha Mountain of Bulgaria. The project includes a communal center for social events and shopping amenities, with terraced housing blocks for multiple families, each containing an underground parking as to not interfere with pedestrian use.
